Your first step in the process is to be clear about why you want to purchase a new home:

Be specific!
Consider the area you would like to live in: (Gibsons, Roberts Creek, Sechelt, Halfmoon Bay, Pender Harbour ); an older, more settled neighbourhood or one that's sparkling new; a particular school zone; recreational facilities; and other community services such as transportation, day care, library, stores, entertainment).
